Install Info -

Copy the Dirt 3 folder to C:\Users\"username"\Documents\My Games\

Xlive folder to C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\

Launch game!

Press HOME key, sign in with my offline GFWL account (which will now appear on your PC)

Play game!
